Organize a Regional DL Trip

To organize a regional Distinguished Lecturer (DL) trip, please do the followings

1. Select a DL from the DL list, which can be found at http://ewh.ieee.org/soc/icss/dlp.php, and fix a tentative date.
2. Send the selected DL to Regional DLP Coordinator, Prof. Sudhanshu Shekhar Jamuar. The Coordinator will seek inputs from other CAS Chapter in the region to check whether it is possible to organize a regional DL trip. If 2 or more chapters are interested, the Coordinator will contact the DL.
3. The Coordinator sends the preliminary information including estimated cost for visit to DLP Chair and VP Region 10 for approval.
4. VP R10 will inform the CAS Society to transfer the funding to local Chapter(s) to cover local expenses such as hotel accommodation once the DL trip is approval.
